Motomatic Mopeds

I'm working with Motomatic Mopeds to make a motor that will crush the competition and survive the race. I told Nate about the race: 30km/h maximum speed and 50cc maximum displacement; three high alpine passes at over 7,000 feet, with the winner crossing the finish line in as close to the time it would take to cover the course at 30km/h. He has ideas.
